Our History
FiyinFolu Microfinance Bank (FFMFB) Limited with registration number 229066 was incorporated on 26th August 1993 as Olusosun Community Bank with her registered office at No 120 Oregun Ikeja Lagos.
On the 26th February 2001 it changed to FiyinFolu Community Bank and its registered office changed to No 1 Emmanuel High Street, Ojota, Lagos.
On the 30th May 2008 it changed to FiyinFolu Microfinance Bank Limited with the same registered office.
In January 2014, the bank was acquired by new Investors and following the approval of the Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) it resumed skeletal operations on the 2nd January 2017. The current registered address is Suite 6, LSDPC Comm Complex, Alaka, Surulere.
